Stop the Presses. It's a Miracle.

I actually saw a Parisian clean up after her dog had stopped to use the public sidewalk as his private restroom.  I wasn't dreaming either; I pinched myself to make sure.  Of course, I'll probably never see it again so I shouldn't get used to it.
