You've Got To Be Kidding

Back in the ol' U. S. of A. and very happy to be here.  However, I must share with you my frustration this morning.  As I was heading to the bank to exchange the Euros I had left in my French bank account, I read this.  Let me just summarize it for you: THE EURO IS AT A FOUR YEAR LOW AGAINST THE DOLLAR.  That sounds great for the dollar and for people heading to Europe right now, but for me it couldn't be worse timing.  When I went to France the rate was wickedly close to 1.50 and now it is 1.23.  You have got to be kidding me.  Do you think there is a chance I can get my money back from the random exchange rate black hole that it entered?  Yeah, didn't think so, but wanted to ask all the same.
