I love Denmark for so many reasons that have absolutely nothing to do with food. Now, however, I can add food to that list. Noma, a restaurant in Copenhagen, was recently named the best restaurant in the WORLD. On the entire planet earth, people. So, I'm fairly certain that is a reason to head to the land of Danes asap. Just make sure to make reservations first!
