Hi all -
One of my classmates, Sonja, is from Haiti. Obviously, she has been personally affected by the earthquake and is having a hard time being so far from home during such a horrific tragedy. Other than comfort her during this time of loss, I was not sure what else I could do. That is when I decided to put a link to a donation page in case you would like to help Haiti but don't know how.
Share Our Strength is an organization that is trying to end childhood hunger in the U.S., but also has strong ties to Haiti. Since the earthquake, they have been collecting donations to send to organizations helping the devastated country. 100% of donations are used to help Haiti so you can feel good about knowing that your donation will aid the relief effort there. Any amount helps!
