A Little Taste of Home

It had just been too long since I had eaten anything remotely resembling good Louisiana food.  So, I took on the brave task of making Jambalaya in my tiny kitchenette last night.  There's just nothing like the taste of Louisiana home cooking and it was high time I treated myself and my husband to some of it because as crazy as it might sound French food can get monotonous after a while.

Yum.  Just what the tastebuds ordered!
