I just couldn't help but add this video as a complement to the post below. I mean, seriously? Are there that many smokers in Paris that the cigarette disposal can looks like a chimney? Oh wait, the answer is unequivocally yes, abso-freaking-lutely. Paris's inhabitants have obviously yet to kick the habit.
